📢 HOPE at the 16th EASN International Conference 2026
We are pleased to announce that the HOPE Horizon Europe project will be represented at the 16th EASN International Conference, taking place from 27–30 October 2026 in Toulouse, France, hosted by ISAE-SUPAERO. The EASN Conference is one of Europe’s leading aerospace research events, bringing together academia, industry, research organizations, SMEs, and policymakers to discuss the latest advances in aviation and space technologies. It also serves as a major dissemination platform for EU-funded aerospace projects.
🎤 Prof. Arvind Gangoli Rao (TU Delft), coordinator of the HOPE project, will present the contribution:
“Demonstration of Novel Kerosene-H₂ Multi-Fuel Combustor”
The presentation will be delivered within the session:
“State of the Art for H₂-Air Combustion & SOFC”.
The work is authored by Kaushal Dave, Alam Garciduneas-Correa, Lorenzo Palanti, Lorenzo Mazzei, Cosimo Bianchini, Arvind Gangoli Rao and Francesca De Domenico, showcasing key results from WP2. The activity focused on the development and experimental demonstration of a novel multi-fuel combustor capable of operating with both kerosene and hydrogen, supporting the transition towards more flexible and sustainable aviation propulsion systems.
🤝 The contribution is the result of a strong collaboration between TU Delft and Ergon Research, combining experimental and numerical expertise to advance fuel-flexible combustion technologies.
We look forward to engaging with the aerospace research community in Toulouse and sharing the latest achievements of the HOPE project.
