HOPE at EASN 2024 (announcement)

This week many people of the HOPE consortium will be at the 14th EASN – European Aeronautics Science Network International Conference. If you are attending the conference, you’ll be able to meet Ling Lim (The Manchester Metropolitan University), Barlas Türkyılmaz (Bauhaus Luftfahrt), Feijia Yin and Arvind Gangoli Rao (Delft University of Technology).

🔥Arvind will moderate the dynamic panel discussion on “State of the art for H2-air combustion & SOFC” on Wed 9th at 10:30-12:10, Room Maurice Saltiel I.

🌎Feijia will provide an overview of the HOPE project on Wed 9th at 13:30 in session “Hydrogen in aviation: Fuel flexible ultra-Low emissions combustion systems for sustainable aviation, H2 combustion, SOFC (Part I)”, Room Maurice Saltiel I.

💨Ling will present a contribution entitled “Local Air Quality footprint at airport: A HOPE perspective”. You can find her on Thu 10th at 14:20 in session “Local Air Quality, noise: Managing environmental impact of aviation around airports (Part I)”, Room Maurice Saltiel I.

✈️Barlas will close the round of presentations with “Design of a Short-To-Medium Range Baseline Aircraft with an Entry into Service in 2035 for the HOPE Project” on Fri 11th at 11:50 in session “Conceptual Design”, Room CR-2.
