Great news for the HOPE project: ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ ๐ฌ๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ ๐ฉ๐š๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐–๐2 have been accepted for presentation at the 41st International Symposium on Combustion, which will be held in Kyoto, Japan (26-31 July 2026).

Both contributions focus on the characterization and advancement of the ๐‘ฏ๐‘ถ๐‘ท๐‘ฌ ๐’Ž๐’–๐’๐’•๐’Š-๐’‡๐’–๐’†๐’ ๐’ƒ๐’–๐’“๐’๐’†๐’“, addressing its performance with different fuel modes and mixing strategies.

The study shows the behaviour of the same HOPE combustion system when operating with CHโ‚„/Hโ‚‚ blends under lean, partiallyโ€‘premixed conditions.

This result proves the strong collaboration between ๐˜›๐˜œ ๐˜‹๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ง๐˜ต ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜Œ๐˜ณ๐˜จ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜™๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ค๐˜ฉ, and the significant advancements achieved in HOPE toward fuelโ€‘flexible, lowโ€‘emission propulsion technologies.
